Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in developing scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing high-quality solutions. This role requires expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, ensuring seamless performance and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across the full stack to build scalable and robust web applications.
- Develop new features and infrastructure to support evolving business requirements.
- Assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs for smooth data exchange between frontend and backend.
- Collaborate with designers and front-end engineers to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and security, maintaining high standards of code quality.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous integration.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in developing large-scale web applications.
- Proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, including JavaScript, React, Node.js, Ruby, or Java.
- Strong experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Strong debugging and optimization skills.
- Experience in unit/integration testing to ensure software reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Understanding of containerization tools like Docker.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
- Passion for learning new tools, languages, and frameworks.
- Professional certifications in software development or cloud computing are a plus.
