Performance Marketing Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and drive results-driven campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, intermediate expertise in Google Ads, and excellent communication skills to effectively strategize and execute campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Define and optimize campaign objectives, including leads, conversions, sales, and engagement.
- Develop audience targeting strategies for new brands and refine them based on campaign performance.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPM, CPA) and adjust campaigns for optimal results.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI across platforms.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest platform updates and marketing trends.
- Communicate campaign strategies, performance, and insights with clients clearly and confidently.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, including audience creation, campaign optimization, and placement strategies.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword match types, and bidding strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and how to utilize them in advertising.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and the ability to implement and analyze experiments effectively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results in campaigns.
