This website is operated by Advergrow Solutions LLP, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("AdverGrow", "we", "us"). We are a performance marketing agency for businesses.

Information you give us
When you request a Free Growth Audit, the form asks for:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name and vertical
- Your website or Instagram handle
- Your monthly ad spend band, city and the stage of your brand
We only ask for what we need to prepare for the audit and to contact you about it. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send in that message.
Information collected automatically
This website does not set cookies.
When you open the Free Growth Audit page, your browser keeps a small note for the current browsing session only (in session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab). It records the page you landed on, the website that referred you (the site's address only, not the full link) and any campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source. If you submit the form, these details are sent with your request so we know how you found us. Nothing is kept once the session ends.
When you submit the form, our server uses your IP address briefly, in memory, to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your request or written to our logs.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising tools on this website. If we add analytics (for example Google Analytics 4), we will update this policy first, and we will not send your name, email address or other contact details to it.
Like any website, the service that hosts it may process technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
How we use your information
- To review your audit request, prepare for the audit and contact you to arrange it.
- To send you an email confirming that we received your request.
- To see how your request reached us (the campaign details described above), as part of handling it.
- To reply when you contact us by email or WhatsApp.
- To keep the website and the audit form secure and to prevent spam and misuse.
We use audit information only to review your request, arrange and follow up on the audit, and for communication directly related to it. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to newsletters or other marketing lists.
Where your information goes
An audit request travels from your browser to our submission service and is then stored and shared as follows:
- Google Cloud runs our submission service and hosts this website.
- Google Sheets stores your audit request in a spreadsheet controlled by AdverGrow, which our team uses to manage requests.
- Brevo sends the confirmation email to you and a notification email to our team inbox.
These providers process information for us under their own terms and may store it on servers outside India. When you click a WhatsApp link, you leave this website and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
If your business does not become a client, we keep your audit request and related emails for 12 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them. If you become a client, your engagement agreement sets how records are kept. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Email contact@advergrowsolutions.com from the address you used, or tell us enough to identify your request. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under your local data-protection law, including the right to complain to a regulator.

How we protect it
Information is sent over encrypted connections. Our submission service checks every request, stores it only in our spreadsheet, keeps personal details out of its operational logs and keeps its credentials on the server, never in the website. Access to the spreadsheet is limited to our team.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and their representatives. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if what the website collects or how we use it changes, and change the date at the top. Material changes, such as adding analytics, will be reflected here before they take effect.
